Joseph Hargraves, MS.Ed, CEO
Joseph Hargraves has a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport,Connecticut, and a Bachelors in Justice Administration from Arizona State University. Joseph Hargraves has designed and taught credit courses for Northwestern and Middlesex Community Colleges for classroom and online use while employed in the Connecticut Community College System for eight years as Associate Faculty of both institutions. Mr. Hargraves has lectured on over 50 different subjects professionally.
Brenda Whinery R.N.,N.P Medical Education Coordinator
Brenda brings over 16 years of practical experience in critical and emergency medicine to the table when assessing the needs of our medical education clients in hospitals, critical care centers and doctors offices. Your needs assessments will be managed by professionals who know your issues because we have traveled this road before. Brenda has a Masters in nursing from ASU, she is also a Dialysis nurse. Brian brings his organizational development skills to the table and assists in the coordination of our medical education opportunities. His specialties include but are not limited to strategic planning, project management, curriculum development and organizational performance. He is a member of The American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), The Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He routinely provides training opportunities for Doctors, Nurses and other allied medical care providers.

With an extreme passion for health and wellness education, James has propelled people to take the actions that make the difference in healthy lifestyle choices. He is an effective educator with a unique capacity to help people find the motivational triggers and keys to their own wellness and growth. He holds a Masters Degree in Education, and Bachelors of Science degrees Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. He is a private coach and consultant to professional and amateur athletes. David Morgan, (CCST) Surgical Instrumentation Instructor
David is a Certified Central Service tech( CCST ), surgical instrument specialist, a sterilization and decontamination expert with over 6 years of experience in the medical field. David has taught several classes on the care and handling of surgical instrumentation to all levels of the Medical field. David is also has over 20 years of concrete construction experience and over 10 years of supervisory experience. David has a commercial pilots license with an instrument rating. He also has ground instructor and advanced instrument instructors license.

David Cohen, PHR, has over 20 years of Professional Development and Human Resource Management experience at the Director level, with expertise in areas of training, employment law, and job search. He has developed a wide variety of training courses currently offered by Hargraves & Associates. David travels extensively throughout the world conducting training courses for many international clients.
